About the role Job Summary The workplace of this role is Xin Jiang, China. The role is responsible for supervising a team of technical professionals in delivering field service engineering support to customers, and responsible for the sales plans and budgets for the assigned area. This role ensures the effective execution of service operations, resolves complex technical issues, and maintains high levels of customer satisfaction. The manager plays a key role in setting team goals, managing performance, and ensuring compliance with service standards. Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the commissioning, installation, and testing of products and equipment at customer sites.
• Organize tenders/quotations and commercial negotiations; drive contract signing and order acquisition.
• Resolve technical issues and ensure timely and effective service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support product upgrades and customer training.
• Monitor service metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage service documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Qualifications
• Typically a University degree and 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related subject.
• Sound knowledge of rotating equipment such as pumps, turbines, compressors and motor etc.
• Experience in field service engineering or technical service management.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations. What we offer you
