You will have the opportunity to work as a valuable team member of the Office for Professional Oversight Matters Team, an integral part of the Office of the General Counsel.
Undertake general legal research and conduct consultations. Write assessments on legal questions concerning Swiss and Liechtenstein audit oversight and financial market law. Draft and review reports and correspondence with oversight authorities. Assist employees with their application to obtain Swiss and Liechtenstein auditor licenses. Assess and review reporting obligation towards Swiss and foreign authorities and supervisory organizations. Monitor and optimize internal registration processes.
University degree in law (lic.iur / BLaw/ MLaw) or a comparable education. Looking for a part-time job or are seeking to return to work after a career break. Used to working in a very structured and precise manner, even under time pressure. Team-oriented, take responsibility, are flexible and promote innovative approaches. Excellent German and English knowledge.
