Environment: The Structured Products Team of the Treasury and Trading Department is in charge of the issuance process, the hedging and the monitoring of the structured products issued by the bank. The team is also in charge of the trading of OTC Equity Derivatives such as Equity Options and Equity Accumulators/Decumulators. This junior position provides a great opportunity to join a dynamic team on the trading floor and to strengthen your skills in OTC Equity Derivatives and Structured Products trading. As a Junior Derivatives & Structured Products Specialist, you will support the team in all its business activities, and you will reinforce your knowledge and experience about capital markets and OTC Equity Derivatives and Structured Products trading. Mission:

• Trading of OTC Equity Derivatives such as OTC Equity Options and Equity Accumulators/Decumulators.
• Structuration, hedging and trading of the structured products issued by the bank (cross-asset with a strong focus on equity linked products).
• Monitoring of the structured products lifecycle management (underlying performance, corporate event, coupon, early redemption and maturity redemption).
• Improvement of the structured products issuance and the OTC derivatives trading processes automation. Main duties:
• Trading of OTC Equity Derivatives such as OTC Equity Options and Equity Accumulators/Decumulators.
• Trading of structured products and their hedges with internal and external counterparties on the primary and secondary markets.
• Development of IT tools to increase trading efficiency and to avoid operational risks.
• Assistance to the team for regulatory and legal aspects (Termsheets, Key Information Documents, Target Markets, …). Profile: Previous experience of 1 to 3 years in trading OTC Equity Derivatives and Structured Products Education: Master degree with a specialization in Finance is a strong plus Excellent knowledge of Excel and Bloomberg Programming skills in VBA is a plus High Motivation, high attention to detail Excellent entrepreneurial and organizational skills Quantitative, analytical and flexible Very strong team spirit and ability to partner with other teams Fluent in French and English Core Competencies : Adherence to the company’s values: Dedication, Conviction, Agility and Responsibility - Compliance with regulations and internal directives
