Are you an experienced equity capital markets professional with deep Financial Institutions Group (FIG) expertise?
We’re looking for somebody to join our ECM team to support origination and execution across FIG clients. In this role, you will:
originate, structure, and execute equity and equity-linked transactions for FIG clients (including IPOs, follow-ons, block trades, and convertibles)
