Investment Banking Associate – UK Team — UBS

Do you have experience in coverage and execution? Do you have experience of maintaining client relationships. We’re looking for someone who is:

• •Independent, proactively tackling complex analytical and execution tasks with limited supervision
• •Collaborative, able to lead day-to-day execution across corporate broking and the full suite of investment banking products, including M&A, ECM and DCM
• •Thoughtful, with the ability to synthesise complex analysis into clear, client-ready outputs
• •Client focused, delivering for our clients while building relationships, both externally and within UBS
• •A team player, contributing to team culture and developing junior bankers through coaching and constructive feedback
• •Dynamic, comfortable running multiple workstreams across different projects, products and sectors in parallel
• •Markets-aware, with a genuine interest in companies and capital markets, able to deliver succinct market updates, and clearly explain market movements to clients
