Do you have experience in execution of M&A transactions? The UBS Infrastructure and Power team is looking driven individual to join our team. We are looking for somebody who can:

• •Support the origination and execution of M&A and Capital Markets transactions in the Infrastructure and Power sector in EMEA
• •Actively contribute to key workstreams in the context of live transactions, including financial modelling, due diligence and the preparation of client deliverables
• •Collaborate with product partners, country coverage teams, as well as other sector coverage groups to ensure seamless client coverage and execution of transactions;
• •Make an impact across Infrastructure and Power verticals including Power, Utilities, and Infrastructure (ranging from Transport to Digital Infrastructure)
• •Contribute innovative ideas and strategies to enhance client coverage and drive business growth; and
• •Develop a broad skills base including an understanding of the range of UBS sector and product groups
