• – Support the execution of M&A, ECM and financing transactions through rigorous analysis, modelling, and process coordination
• – Prepare high quality client materials, including pitchbooks, sector updates, valuation analyses, and transaction documentation
• – Make sound and balanced judgments and challenge the status quo (and always within professional, ethical, regulatory, and legal standards)
