Are you an expert at giving advice? Do you have a good understanding of Taiwan labor law regulations? Can you identify with the challenges line managers face in their daily work? Have you got a successful record of managing hires in the financial sector?

We're looking for an HR generalist to

• •work with HR line manager advisory team to provide advice for line manager queries
• •focus on meeting our clients' needs and building relationships by identifying issues and recommending solutions
• •collaborate with HR colleagues by providing support for the HR Operations teams and HR Business Partners when needed and acting as interface with HR colleagues when specialized knowledge is required
• •interfaces between business and specialist teams, and develops / maintains connections to internal and external stakeholders to deliver a service that fulfils business objectives
• •act as a trusted advisor and manage the recruitment process for Taiwan
• •steer the sourcing strategy to identify and hire the right candidates
• •manage relationships with hiring managers and other HR specialists including reward, talent and diversity
• •support workplace issues and disciplinary actions including terminations, warnings and grievances
• •help manage workforce strategy (reductions, acquisitions or divestitures)
