Are you an expert at giving advice? Can you identify with the challenges line managers face in their daily work? Do you have a good understanding of Japan labor law regulations?

• We're looking for an HR generalist to:
• •provide guidance and support to line managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related queries
• •focus on meeting client needs and building strong relationships by identifying issues and recommending practical solutions

•act as a key interface between the business and specialist teams, while building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver services aligned with business objectives

• •support core HR activities across compensation and benefits, performance management, the employee lifecycle, and talent acquisition
• •provide support on workplace matters and employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions, warnings, and grievances
• •contribute to the development and execution of workforce strategy
