We are looking for a Head of AI Product who leads vision, strategy and go-to-market of new company’s products, with a strong focus on Artificialy AI technologies.

This role aims to leverage results, artefacts, prototypes, and ideas developed by Artificialy to translate them into market-ready AI products, with a strong focus on business strategy, market positioning and growth.

About the Role

• You will work on the front line with a team (initially small) which collaborates with various departments, including engineering and sales to develop and launch new high-quality products
• You will translate technical capabilities into scalable, market-ready AI products and business value, with a strong focus on go-to-market execution and competitive positioning
• You will own the overall product portfolio and lifecycle, including business planning, commercial strategy, and stakeholder management

Core Responsibilities and tasks

• Product & Business Strategy: Defines strategy, vision and roadmap for AI-enabled products, balancing market size, business value, competitive landscape, technical constraints and model maturity
• Go-to-Market: Design and execute go-to-market plans (positioning, pricing, target segments, channel and partnership strategy) for new AI products. Define the best go-to-market approach for target clients (direct or via partners), understanding client needs and buying dynamics
• Competitive & Market Analysis: Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and the fast-evolving AI product market to identify opportunities, threats and differentiation strategies
• Product Development: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to industrialization, accelerating development and time to market
• AI Production: Collaborate with a cross-functional product teams ensuring agility and alignment and a smooth transition from prototype to production
• Validation and Lean: Apply Lean Startup methodologies to validate business hypotheses, test MVPs, gather user feedback, and monitor KPIs
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, partners and investors to present progress and results

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience (about 5-10 years) in Product Acceleration in the ICT sector, preferably in AI
• Bachelor/Master/PhD Degree in economics, engineering, or a related field
• Strong track record in go-to-market strategy, competitive analysis and commercial product launches
• Previous success launching and scaling digital products, with a clear focus on business outcomes
• Solid understanding of AI technologies and the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Deep understanding of product development, product analytics and market research
• Fluency in English (min. C1)

Nice to have

• MBA or an advanced degree
• Experience in startups or scale-ups, especially in digital products, AI, or technology-driven company
• Knowledge about Italian/German and in general Swiss Languages is a plus
