We’re seeking an experienced and highly organized Program Manager to manage and enhance our WM Field Talent Training Programs. This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of training and development in Wealth Management. Key responsibilities:

• Design and deliver leadership and recruiting workshops across all U.S. regions, both virtually and in person
• Strengthen leadership talent pipelines through targeted development, assessment, and readiness initiatives
• Evaluate and deliver high impact leadership programs focused on coaching, communication, and team effectiveness
• Support delivery of programs for existing and new Financial Advisors
• Contribute to the design and execution of a practice management program
• Create business updates for senior leadership
• Lead and strengthen the collective work across Field Leader, Financial Advisor and Field Support training and development
