Are you interested in starting your journey as a Product Manager and working closely with Operations and Technology teams? Are you passionate about improving end user experience and using data and technology— including AI — to drive meaningful operational change? We’re looking for a Product Manager (AO) to join the Collateral Crew, specifically within the Margin & Interest Workflow pod. The pod is responsible for driving meaningful change in margin call issuance processes, leveraging AI and automation to improve accuracy, efficiency, and user experience. You will work closely with Operations users and the collateral crew to understand pain points, support delivery of solutions, and help ensure successful rollout and adoption.

Key responsibilities would include, but are not limited to

• Support ownership of one or more Collateral Operations products or services within the Margin & Interest Workflow pod.
• Work closely with Collateral Operations users to understand day to day margin and interest workflows and identify pain points.
• Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance user experience, particularly within margin call issuance processes.
• Assist in capturing and translating stakeholder requirements into clear, structured inputs for the delivery team.
• Support demand clarification and backlog prioritization in partnership with senior Product Managers and engineering leads.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of product backlogs, ensuring user needs are clearly articulated.
• Work with Technology teams to support delivery of solutions that leverage AI and automation to improve margin processes.
• Participate in user demos, showcases, and walkthroughs of new functionality.
• Actively support user adoption, gathering feedback and helping teams understand and embed new solutions.
• Track and communicate basic outcomes of delivered changes (e.g. usability improvements, reduced manual effort).
• Support compliance with risk, control, and security requirements by working with relevant stakeholders.
• Assist with audit or control activities by helping ensure documentation and evidence are up to date.
