As the Core Lab market leader in the US, the Core Lab team excels at the identification, commercialization and the full end-to-end management of reagent solutions that enable our customers to deliver on their overarching priorities, including improving patient outcomes. The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced professional who is driven by deep customer insights and strong business acumen to bring value to laboratorians, physicians, and patients in the Neurology and Core Immunoassay portfolios - drivers of over $300M in annual revenue. As a key owner of these portfolios, the PM is responsible for developing a comprehensive portfolio/product strategy, identifying product requirements and market potential for new IVD and Research Use Only solutions in partnership with Global and US colleagues, and maintaining and growing all on-market Neurology and Core IA solutions in the US. This role requires proven technical prowess, exceptional project management and prioritization skills, written and verbal communication, and the ability to lead and influence without authority. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills are crucial, as this role collaborates with numerous business partners - Marketing, Sales, Customer Insights, Finance, Pricing, MSA, RSN, Customer Service, Regulatory, Supply and Demand Planning, Global, and other key stakeholders. This individual will be the technical expert and the voice of the customer, ensuring our portfolio remains competitive, high-quality, and a leader within the market. This is a pivotal time in the Neurology space. Roche’s Neurology portfolio continues to be a fast-evolving market, with Core IA being a highly stable revenue driver. The Product Manager plays a significant role in the long-term success of both of these areas. Job Facts:

• The Product Manager, Neurology, RUO& Core IA portfolios, reports to the Group Marketing Manager and serves as a member of the Reagents team - a team responsible for the product management of all Clinical Chemistry and Immunoassay products
• Responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive portfolio/product strategy that includes product requirements, pricing strategy, and launch logistics to accomplish business objectives
• Responsible for gathering customer insights and utilizing those insights to influence the g
