Do you want to use your expertise and portfolio management knowledge to help the Credit Investment Group identify new investment opportunities? Do you want to be a part of a growing business within a well-established asset management platform? We are looking for a Credit Investment Group Portfolio Manager to:

• design and implement investment strategies for leveraged loans and high yield bonds, ensuring optimal risk-adjusted returns within the fund’s mandate
• manage exposures across CLOs and loan accounts, considering liquidity, credit quality, and sector diversification
• conduct thorough credit analysis on potential investments, including reviewing financial statements, covenant structures, and market positioning
• assess issuer risk and make recommendations based on creditworthiness and expected performance
• execute buy and sell orders for leveraged loans and high yield bonds, maintaining appropriate documentation and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines
• monitor portfolio risk metrics, including exposure concentrations, ratings migration, and default probabilities. Implement hedging strategies as needed, and proactively manage risks associated with CLO structures and underlying assets
• track portfolio performance, benchmark against relevant indices, and prepare detailed reports for internal stakeholders and external investors. Provide updates on market conditions, portfolio positioning, and anticipated changes
• ensure all portfolio activities comply with applicable regulations, fund documentation, and internal policies. Collaborate with compliance teams to maintain best practices and address regulatory changes
• support investor communications, including responding to queries, preparing presentations, and participating in due diligence meetings. Articulate fund strategy, performance, and outlook clearly and professionally
• work closely with analysts, traders, operations, and risk teams to ensure seamless management of the portfolio. Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of excellence and integrity
