## This is what you move with us As a Front Office Agent, you are often the first and last point of contact for our international guests. In this role, you combine genuine warmth with the precision of 5-star hospitality, turning every stay into an unforgettable experience.Your Responsibilities:The First Impression: Heartfelt check-in & check-out, professional rooming, and competent guest support throughout their entire stay. Service Excellence: Active contribution to a smooth daily front office operation according to the high standards of "The Leading Hotels of the World" (LHW). Coordination: Handling and processing reservations via Protel, as well as reliable cash management. Communication: Confident handling of guest inquiries and complaint management with tact and diplomacy.
## This is you Foundation: Completed vocational training in the hotel industry and (initial) professional experience at the front office of a luxury or upscale hotel. Languages: Fluent in German and English. Additional languages are a welcome asset. IT Skills: Proficient in using Opera Cloud and MS Office. Personality: You stand out through your well-groomed appearance, a resilient nature, and a genuine passion for the art of service. Why the Kulm?
