Positions

• Patient intake management
• Information and reception for our patients, visitors, and guests
• Providing information to patients, visitors, and staff
• Switchboard management
• Notifying the technical or ICT department during shift duty
• Management of ZVV tickets and taxi vouchers
• Cash management, including currency exchange
• Acting as the director of reception during absences
• Hotel management vocational school diploma with EFZ specialization or commercial apprenticeship with reception experience
• Availability for irregular shifts (6:30 - 22:45) and work on weekends and holidays
• Excellent German and good English; knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage
• Neat appearance, discreet and confident behavior
• Treat all parties involved in a friendly and understanding manner
