Panoramica

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dynamic, motivated and customer-oriented professional. Key Responsibilities: Managing customer interactions via phone and email Actively listening to client needs and supporting the identification of suitable solutions Analyzing financial documentation, including salary slips and financial statements Conducting preliminary assessments of credit risk and clients’ financial capacity Collaborating with the team on case processing and monitoring Maintaining and updating data in internal systems Excellent knowledge of at least three of the following languages: Italian, German, French, and English Commercial training or equivalent qualification Strong communication skills and active listening abilities Interest in and ability to analyze financial data (salary slips, financial statements, economic documentation) Analytical mindset and accuracy in risk assessment Team spirit, reliability, and sense of responsibility Good IT skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets Ideal Profile: Young, curious individual with a strong willingness to learn Professional and customer-oriented approach Ability to work in a structured and organized manner
