• Lead a small team in ensuring cost basis data is accurate while supporting the branch network Research and resolve client requests for cost basis information in their accounts
• Analyze and resolve tax lot breaks through research and collaboration
• Adapt current, as well as establish new processes that allow the department to increase quality output
