- This role will be responsible for delivering actuarial analyses, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring robust risk and financial management across the organization.
- The successful candidate will lead a team, oversee actuarial processes, and contribute to risk-based capital modeling, while continuously improving systems, methodologies, and talent capability within the actuarial function Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
- Qualified or nearly qualified actuary (FSAI of recognized actuarial body preferred).
- Proven experience in actuarial work such as reserving, pricing, capital modeling, or risk management.
- Strong analytical, statistical, and modeling skills.
- Proficiency in actuarial tools/programming (e.g., Excel, R, Python, SAS, Prophet, etc.).
- Solid understanding of risk-based capital frameworks and financial reporting standards.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management experience.
