About the role Job Summary The Operations / Manufacturing / Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production or service center activities, ensuring that processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This role supervises professional-level staff and ensures adherence to quality standards and production or service schedules. • Responsibilities Supervise production or service staff and assign daily tasks. Monitor workflow and ensure production targets are met. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. • Qualifications Typically requires a technical degree and several years of relevant work experience to be able to manage and coordinate one or more professional-level teams. Experience in manufacturing or production supervision. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Knowledge of safety and quality standards. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
