• Key Accountabilities
• Perform daily tasks including:
• review of name screening by the system as first level of control and determine if further Compliance assessment and review is required
• data capture and validation in the Core Banking System
• Provide support to the team on daily routines (i.e. data entry)
• Support client documents filing and archiving
• Support team member to coordinate and handle ad hoc mailing with Business Management as required
• Work with the outsourced service provider for mailing and scanning of client documents
• Comply with external and internal compliance and regulatory requirements, including the Bank’s policies, operating procedures and controls to meet the Bank’s and regulatory requirements and protect the business from financial and reputational risk
• Requirements
• At least 3-5 years of relevant hands-on experience in account opening and client onboarding
• Good understanding of AML and KYC regulatory requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Proven self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Strong team player and able to work under pressure
• Good communication and inter-personal skills
• Able to interact effectively with Front Office Business
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
