• Mission:
• Team leader of the IT Compliance unit ensuring the delivery and operations of all the services used by the bank Compliance entities at Group and Branch levels
• In charge of managing a team of 11 IT specialists composed of business analysts and project managers
• Key responsibilities:
• Manage the daily operations of the team and the related services to meet the expected level of quality
• Manage the portfolio of projects and ensure the proper delivery on time by meeting the business requirements within the approved budget
• Manage the team OPEX and CAPEX budgets within the approved envelopes
• Manage the team resources by setting individual objectives and developing their career path
• Specific Competencies and other Skills/Abilities:
• Master Degree in IT Engineering or equivalent.
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience as IT Team Lead in a banking organization
• Functional knowledge of Compliance, KYC, AML and regulatory reporting topics in the context of Private Banking
• Technical knowledge of the IMTF AML and risk scoring solutions
• Capacity to deal with several matters simultaneously
• Ability to work independently, take decisions and set priorities
• Pragmatic and solution oriented
• Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills, ability to interact at management level with key bank stakeholders
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are considered an asset
