Are you someone that enjoys learning how strategy is executed in a large, complex organization? Are you a strong communicator with a foundation in analytical thinking? Are you interested in supporting the GWM US Field Management organization, which partners closely with Field Leadership and Financial Advisors to drive growth and consistency across the US? We’re looking for a Business Analyst to:

• Provide analytical, coordination, and execution support to the Head of the Field, GWM US, and the Chief of Staff in connection with key Field Management governance and operating forums.
• Support the development and maintenance of strategic communications for internal Field audiences, including drafting talking points, building presentation materials, and coordinating logistics.
• Assist in managing and tracking strategic and tactical initiatives across GWM US Field Management.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and prepare insights to support leadership decision-making related to Field productivity, engagement, and business priorities.
• Support people, engagement, and culture initiatives across the Field.
