Do you enjoy finding value in private markets? Can you turn complex investment data into clear insights? We are looking for an Private Equity, Investment Associate to:
- conduct market research and financial analysis for potential primary investments and fund commitments, with an understanding of and interest in secondary transactions and co-investments
- assist in the due diligence process, including reviewing fund documentation, analyzing investment track records, and evaluating deal structures
- prepare investment memoranda and recommendations for internal committees
- monitor portfolio performance and provide ongoing analysis of investments
- collaborate with team members to develop investment strategies and identify new opportunities
- maintain accurate investment records and assist with reporting requirements
