Deliver a best in class client experience. Elevate the team’s brand. Make the partners more effective. This role sits at the intersection of client service, marketing/brand execution, and partner leverage. You’ll ensure clients are well taken care of, the team is brand is delivered professionally, and partners stay focused on high value work. What you’ll own:

• •manage client service workflows: account opening, maintenance, documentation, and follow through
• •keep CRM and management systems accurate, current, and reliable
• •prepare meeting materials, reports, and post meeting deliverables
• •elevate the Clear Point Partners brand through social media and digital channels (content coordination, posting support, consistency of voice and look)
• •maintain and refresh marketing materials; coordinate client events and campaigns
• •support partners with calendars, travel, expenses, and ad hoc administrative or personal tasks
• •proactively manage the team calendar so priorities, deadlines, and events don’t slip
