You are meticulous with data: Guest profiles and databases are maintained with care and discretion – structure and compliance are part of your DNA. You stay ahead of the curve: From managing the Channel Manager system to continuously refining our ISO and RIMS standards – you ensure smooth operations and bring fresh ideas to the table. ## This is you Professional background: You have completed vocational training in hospitality or a commercial field – ideally within luxury hospitality – and offer several years of relevant experience. Sales mindset: You understand what drives booking decisions and how to elevate the guest experience through strategic room sales. Language skills: You speak and write fluently in German and English; additional knowledge of French or Italian is a plus. Composure & clarity: Whether under pressure or in direct guest communication, you remain professional, efficient, and warm. Drive & growth orientation: You are eager not just to meet expectations but to improve processes and invest in your own development.
