• Serve as deputy to the Wealth Advice Center Operations Managers by assisting with the daily review of items including client money movement, trades, new account approvals, client correspondence, and trade error correction
• Ensure branch Operations Personnel are addressing service requests from our 40+ Client Service Associates, 250+ Financial Advisors, and ~200,000+ clients in a timely and efficient manner
• Train and develop new Operations team members as they join the Wealth Advice Center platform
• Identify and escalate the resolution of urgent client service issues
• Drive and execute various business initiatives that are in line with the WAC’s growth plan
• Promote a culture of ongoing learning & development
• Implement service excellence standards, including coaching and educating operational Support Staff on the Client Experience best practices and suitability
