As APAC Regional Lead for Market Engineering Technology, you will serve as the senior technology executive and primary business interface accountable for Agency Trading Market Engineering platforms across APAC, with leadership responsibility for Agency Trading Technology in Hong Kong. This role carries end to end accountability for platform performance, resilience, and regulatory standing, ensuring that technology is a differentiating enabler of front office trading while operating within the firm’s risk and control framework. You will operate at the intersection of engineering leadership, business partnership, and regulatory accountability, shaping both the technical direction and organizational capability required to support high volume, low latency trading in complex APAC markets. Acting as the regional face of Technology, you will lead through senior leaders, influence global direction, and serve as the ultimate escalation authority for material delivery, production risk, and regulatory matters.
