• understand each client and establish long-term client partnerships
• support and set up professional solutions and services, from fund set-up to management services, including fund administration and transfer agency capabilities
• provide value to clients through solution adaptation, anticipation and addressing of needs
• ensure daily execution and running of client accounts with competitive response times and focus on customer satisfaction
• comply with all regulations, policies and standards, documentation requirements contributing to an effective risk culture
