As part of Avaloq's Strategy & Corporate Development team, you will help shape the company's strategic direction through rigorous analysis, structured problem-solving, and close collaboration with senior stakeholders.
You will contribute to strategy development, transformation initiatives, and corporate development activities while gaining broad exposure across Avaloq's business.
Support the development of Avaloq's corporate strategy and corporate development agenda, helping translate strategic priorities into actionable plans
- As part of Avaloq's Strategy & Corporate Development team, you will help shape the company's strategic direction through rigorous analysis, structured problem-solving, and close collaboration with senior stakeholders.
- You will contribute to strategy development, transformation initiatives, and corporate development activities while gaining broad exposure across Avaloq's business.
- Qualifiche
- 2-5 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, private equity, or a comparable strategic role

- 2-5 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, private equity, or a comparable strategic role
- Exposure to banking, fintech, B2B software, or technology-enabled business models
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including financial modelling and business case development
- Ability to structure complex topics into clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership, curiosity, and a hands-on mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German or Italian is a plus
