- As a mechanical technician, you will assemble models, prototypes and associated equipment within a research and development (R&D) programme dedicated to the development of high-temperature superconducting magnets.
- You will contribute to the design, manufacture and assembly of superconducting coils, components and associated tooling. Functions
- Produce high-temperature superconductor-based magnet coils.
- Assemble superconducting magnet models, prototypes and associated manufacturing tools.
- Manufacture and modify mechanical parts using conventional machining techniques, such as milling, turning and forming.
- Manage component stocks for assigned assemblies, initiate and follow up manufacturing requests and purchase orders, and perform acceptance tests.

- Technical certificate or general secondary education or equivalent relevant experience in the field of Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

- Solving Problems: producing workable and timely solutions that meet requirements.
