Your role with us

• Ensuring first-class jewelry customer service for all Bucherer retail stores in Switzerland and internationally
• Acting as the central liaison between our sales teams, jewelry suppliers, and internal departments
• Coordinating and monitoring product transfers between locations
• Independently handling individual customer orders
• Preparing and following up on quotations
• Taking responsibility for a variety of administrative and organizational tasks

What you bring to the role

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or retail training with experience in administrative/commercial tasks
• Experience in the jewelry, watch, or luxury goods industry is an advantage
• Strong service and customer orientation combined with a high standard of quality
• Independent, structured, and precise working style, along with excellent organizational skills
• Confident use of common MS Office applications and ERP systems
• High level of resilience, flexibility, and reliability, even in a dynamic environment
• Team-oriented personality with a professional and polished appearance
• Quick comprehension skills and enthusiasm for taking on responsibility
• Excellent German language skills and good written and spoken English skills
