Your role with us

• Promotion of employees’ professional and personal development, as well as collaboration within the team
• Ensuring compliance with defined service and quality standards
• Deputy to the Head of Watch Service Lucerne
• Hands-on work in the workshop, including the execution of complex service operations on high-end timepieces
• Participation in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of employees
• Process optimization and active contribution to the ongoing development of the team and the department

What you bring to the role

• Completed qualification as a Watchmaker (or equivalent qualification), specializing in After-Sales Service (Rhabillage) or Industrial Watchmaking
• Several years of experience in watch service, ideally 5+ years
• Proven experience in a leadership role
• Strong communication skills, team-oriented mindset, and a high level of integrity, with the ability to lead by example
• A responsible and proactive approach, with a passion for supporting and developing employees
• Strong quality focus combined with a structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Fluent German and English skills
• French is an advantage
