- Solid experience in premium or luxury retail, with strong client-facing and commercial responsibilities.
- Previous experience supervising, coaching or supporting a retail team.
Responsabilità principali
- Solid experience in premium or luxury retail, with strong client-facing and commercial responsibilities.
- Previous experience supervising, coaching or supporting a retail team.
- Strong understanding of clienteling, sales targets and retail KPIs.
- Confidence to take ownership, make decisions and support the Store Manager in the daily leadership of the boutique.
- A hands-on mindset: you are as comfortable selling to clients as you are supporting operations and the team.
- French and English is required.
- Flexibility to travel regularly between Fusalp boutiques in Switzerland according to operational needs. Nice-to-have
- German, Italian or any additional language relevant to our international clientele.
- Experience in luxury fashion, ski, outdoor or performance apparel.

- While Verbier will be your home boutique, the role also includes regular mobility across our Swiss boutiques when needed to support replacements, reinforcement and business continuity.

- We are looking for someone who can become operational quickly, bring strong luxury retail expertise and lead from the floor with energy, judgement and a genuine sense of service.
