To support our growing activities in St.

Moritz, we are looking for a Client Service Officer who will provide high-quality administrative and client service support to our Client Relationship Officers (CROs), while also contributing to the smooth running of our front office reception and cashier operations.

Responsabilità principali

  • Main Responsibilities Client and CRO Support
  • Support clients and CROs in their daily business activities.
  • Maintain active client contact in written and spoken German and English.
  • Execute client account openings, closures and updates, including
  • Conducting internet searches and basic due diligence checks.
  • Collecting and verifying corroborative documentation.
  • Prepare and follow up on client visits, including
  • Preparing account documentation and reviewing documents.
  • Organising account statements and other supporting material.
