As Business Manager Front at Bank J.
Safra Sarasin, you are responsible for the day-to-day support to the Bank's front units, including Private Banking, Institutional Banking and External Asset Management in Switzerland and our international locations.

- Your Responsibilities
- Provide fast and reliable day-to-day support to front employees regarding systems and processes, acting as a subject-matter expert and first point of contact for front-related questions
- Higher education (university / FH) in Business Administration, Finance or related field, or completed banking apprenticeship or similar (KV)
- Basic knowledge of financial services is required; previous experience in a support role is an advantage
Responsabilità principali
- Your Responsibilities
- Provide fast and reliable day-to-day support to front employees regarding systems and processes, acting as a subject-matter expert and first point of contact for front-related questions
- Provide expert support for key banking systems, including the Bank’s client onboarding and core bank systems, and assist front employees in their effective use
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency across the front units, including the optimization of processes, tools and ways of working, and contribute to relevant change initiatives
- Support dedicated systems and process frameworks, such as those of Financial Intermediaries and Business Introducers, including interfaces for data and document transfer as well as payment-related processes
- Manage and coordinate mass-mailings driven by regulatory and business requirements, working closely with business partners and end clients across the Group where required
Requisiti principali
- Higher education (university / FH) in Business Administration, Finance or related field, or completed banking apprenticeship or similar (KV)
- Basic knowledge of financial services is required; previous experience in a support role is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess issues, set priorities and develop pragmatic solutions while working effectively with various stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, combined with ability to work independently and a strong service oriented
- Strong affinity for IT and excellent Microsoft Office skills are required; knowledge of Avaloq is an advantage Fluency in English and German is required;
- French, Portuguese, Spanish or Italian is an advantage Your Benefits
