Requisiti principali
- You have several years of experience, at least five years, in business development within professional services companies, ideally in a law firm, consulting firm or audit firm.
- You are very familiar with selling advisory and knowledge-based services.
- Building and further developing processes, systems and business development structures is one of your strengths.
- You naturally use data, KPIs and reports as a basis for sound decisions.
- You are confident using Excel; ideally, you also have experience with BI solutions and CRM systems.
- You enjoy engaging with partners and other stakeholders at different levels.
- You work independently, in a structured way and with a solution-oriented mindset.
- You have excellent German and English skills;
- French and Italian are an advantage.
- You enjoy regular assignments at our locations in Switzerland.
