- Design complex data & analytics transformations by providing architectural, technical and organizational thought leadership and guide clients in executing these transformations, which have significant organizational implications.
- Serve as the business–IT translator, facilitating workshops, consolidating diverse requirements into coherent solution designs, and aligning stakeholders around clear decisions.
- Manage cross-functional delivery teams (onshore/nearshore/offshore), ensuring delivery governance, quality assurance, risk management and effective communications.
- Drive Generative and Agentic AI initiatives (where relevant), including LLM-enabled solutions, prompt engineering, RAG patterns, safety guardrails and evaluation approaches aligned to client policies.
- Develop and maintain trusted client relationships through project delivery and account growth; support business development by shaping proposals, POVs and demos, and identifying new opportunities.
- Be a role model for people you work with by demonstrating strong work ethic, leadership, and subject matter competence.
- Grow expertise in different industry and subject matter areas and share your knowledge with the rest of Deloitte talent.
