- Support the ICS FIN rotation plan implementation

- Key Responsibilities
- Support the ICS FIN rotation plan implementation
- Assist in the implementation of the Internal Control System for Finance (ICS FIN) rotation plan under the guidance of senior team members.
- Help coordinate the planning and scheduling of control testing activities across different finance areas.
- Maintain an overview of the rotation plan status (e.g. completed, ongoing and upcoming activities) and prepare simple summaries for the team.
- Liaising with international locations on ICS FIN execution
- Support communication with international locations involved in the execution of ICS FIN controls.
- Help collect information, documentation and status updates from local finance teams.
- Assist in following up on outstanding actions, clarifications or missing documentation, escalating issues to senior colleagues when needed. First line support desk
- Act as a first point of contact for basic questions related to ICS FIN processes, tools and documentation.
