- Knowledge or experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications in Human Capital or HR Technology is a plus

- As a Consultant in our HR Strategy & Technology practice, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact HR transformation projects for our most important clients. You will: Drive HR Technology Implementations
- Support the design, configuration, and deployment of leading HR platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, and other enterprise solutions Translate Business Needs into Solutions
- Work closely with clients to understand their HR challenges and translate them into effective technology and process solutions Build Client Relationships
- Develop strong partnerships with client stakeholders, earning their trust through expertise, professionalism, and genuine commitment to their success Collaborate with Expert Teams
- Work alongside experienced consultants, functional experts, and technical specialists to deliver integrated solutions Develop Your Expertise
