- Junior HR BP/ HR Project Specialist (80%, Fix-Term 16 months) Männedorf, Zürich Your contribution
- As Junior HR BP/HR Project Specialist you will support the Head Strategic People Partnering and HR HQ in delivering key HR projects and strategic business partnering deliverables.
- Contribute to global and local HR projects and initiatives (e.g., organizational design, HR process improvements, change support)
- Prepare HR deliverables linked to strategic business partnering, such as business reviews, townhall materials, divisional HR presentations, decision papers, and communication documents
- Project planning and tracking: milestones, action logs, risks, status reports
- Prepare and follow up on workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder meetings
- Compile HR KPIs and people analytics (e.g., fill grades, attrition, pulse survey results)
- HR Generalist (approx. 30%)
- Advise and support line managers on operational HR matters across the employee lifecycle, in coordination with the responsible HR Business Partners
