- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, project management, or engineering
- More than 5 years of experience leading IT, digital CX, digital product, AI or CRM projects
Responsabilità principali
- You’ll be joining our dynamic operations team as a key player in modern contact center integration projects.
- You’ll work on-site with customers, from our offices, and remotely.
- Rest assured, you’ll have the support of experienced solution architects and system engineers.
- As the central contact person for these projects, you’ll ensure they are completed to high standards, on time, and within budget.
- Your expertise and approachable demeanor will engage and motivate customers, partners, and internal team members.

Requisiti principali
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, project management, or engineering
- More than 5 years of experience leading IT, digital CX, digital product, AI or CRM projects
- Experience with contact center or calling projects is a plus
- You’re well-versed in cloud and unified communications technologies; if not, you want to learn
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM solutions is a plus
- You enjoy direct contact with customers and partners and have excellent communication skills
- Experience with leading workshops is greatly appreciated
- You enjoy working as part of a team, are well-organized, and maintaining structure in your work
- You are certified in project management and/or agile methodologies (e.g., PMP, Prince2, IPMA, Scrum, etc.) and ideally, you are ITILv4 certified
- You are fluent in French and English and as a plus you are business proficient in German What you can expect Hybrid working model and modern tooling
