- Help ensure consistent application of Abbott’s global tender process
- Support adoption and effective use of tender management systems
- Contribute to continuous improvements that enhance efficiency and outcomes Planning & Coordination
- Help maintain visibility of upcoming tender opportunities (9–12 months ahead)
- Support preparation of cross-functional plans for key tenders Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with teams across finance, supply chain, pricing, marketing, and local markets
- Facilitate communication across regions and functions
- Support and coordinate Tender Review Panels when needed Capability Building
