- The Technical Product Owner possesses in-depth knowledge of the business domain, relevant technologies, and organizational strategy to provide holistic, enterprise-wide consulting advice.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership, you will actively shape long-term roadmaps, drive consensus through persuasive communication, and recommend optimal technology solutions for sustainable business transformation.
- The responsibility of RDT Site, SHE & Sustainability spans across the Business Functions Sustainability, Group SHE (Safety, Security, Health and Environmental Protection) and the Sites Network, consisting of the large multi-functional sites Mannheim, Penzberg and Ludwigsburg in Germany;
- South San Francisco, Indianapolis, Pleasanton and Santa Clara in the US;
- Rotkreuz, Basel/Kaiseraugst and Roche Forum Buonas in Switzerland as well as the global functions Global Capital Investment, Real Estate & Facility Management, Global Data & Digital Solutions and Site Network Strategy.

- Fixed Asset Strategy, Portfolio & Project Engineering Facility Management & Real Estate Site Logistics, Supply and Disposal
