Entry: immediate or by arrangement · Bruderholz, Informatics & Digitalization · Job reference 12662 · Permanent position Tasks: • Leadership and control of IT projects throughout the entire lifecycle - from initialization to introduction, to operational handover and project closure • Responsibility for deadline, cost and quality targets in projects • Early detection, evaluation and active mitigation of project risks • Coordination and transparent communication with internal specialist departments and external service providers within a professional stakeholder management • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements (DSGVO, ISO standards) and internal architectural guidelines • Creation of structured project plans, reports and meaningful presentations for management • Participation in the further development and implementation of the project methodological standard on Hermes basis • Support in optimizing the ServiceNow module Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) • Participation in demand management for the analysis, evaluation and qualification of new requirements • IT-side consulting and support within the framework of business analysis Requirements: • Completed studies in (business) informatics, medical informatics or comparable qualifications (HBO/HES/Uni) • Extensive professional experience in IT project management, preferably in the healthcare sector (hospital informatics) • Experience in handling project management methods (classic, agile, Hermes, IPMA and Scrum), corresponding certifications are an advantage • Communicative personality with high social skills and joy in change processes • Joy in cooperation with different stakeholders and in promoting a service-oriented IT culture • Very good German and good English skills in word and writing Our offer: • Attractive employment conditions, modern working environment and targeted further training opportunities • Open and committed team with interdisciplinary cooperation Benefits: • Time off: at least 5 weeks of vacation, loyalty vacation, 11 paid holidays and bridge days Area: Informatics & Digitalization Employment rate: 80-100% KSBL Canton Hospital of Basel-Landschaft - Locations Bruderholz, Liestal, Laufen. ~4,500 employees on 3 locations in the Basel region.
