- Für unser internationales RCSC suchen wir einen Junior Application Specialist (m/w/d) in Mannheim (DE), Almere (NL) oder Vilvoorde (BE). Verantwortlichkeiten | Das erwartet Dich
- Bearbeitung von applikativen und systembezogenen Kundenanfragen
- Unterstützung bei der Analyse von Problemstellungen im Zusammenspiel von diagnostischen Systemen, Labor-IT und Kundenprozessen
- Mitarbeit an Lösungen zu Connectivity- und Schnittstellenthemen, z.
- B. im Umfeld von LIS, Middleware und Remote Connectivity
- sorgfältige Dokumentation von Fällen und Lösungen im CRM-System
- Durchführung von Kunden- und Mitarbeiterschulungen
- Aufbereitung und Weitergabe von produkt- und systemrelevanten Informationen
