Job Title

• Ensure service-oriented HR processes, including training, updates, and development
• Develop and implement personnel and training strategy
• Lead and participate in interesting projects
• Develop concepts and tools and ensure their implementation
• Lead motivated personnel and training team
• Responsibility for personnel budget
• Lead overall operations and ensure strategy implementation at management level
• Requirements
• HR management training (FH, MAS or HR-Leiter/-in NDS HF)
• Professional experience in a similar position with leadership experience
• Openness to a shared leadership model
• Proven experience in personnel strategies and operations, process and project management
• Convincing personality with networking skills and entrepreneurial vision
• Committed to professional training
