- By focusing on multi-year planning, long-term architecture, and comprehensive capability development, the department systematically bridges technical engineering data with commercial needs, global systems, and international regulatory law.
- Every member of this global team is dedicated to permanently optimizing processes to increase quality and efficiency standards, ensuring a resilient, compliant, and highly optimized supply chain network.
- We are seeking a Global Head to lead this critical function, stepping into a high-impact role where you will spend 60-80% of your time on strategic initiatives.
- This position is a dynamic combination of Process Architecture, Regulatory Governance, and Systems Translation, requiring an experienced matrix leader to act as the chief architect of process integrity.
- Operating on a global scale with high independent decision-making authority, you will manage a responsibility split of 40% Leadership, 40% Project Lead, and 20% Individual Contributor to confidently navigate highly ambiguous, cross-functional challenges and position the organization for future readiness. - Designing L0, L1, and L2 future-state processes establishes the global master standards and governance necessary for enterprise-wide implementation.
- Enforcing strict compliance with global regulations, such as ISO and CFR820 guidelines, secures international operational alignment across the US, Europe, and China.
- Serving as the primary bridge between Business Owners and technical teams ensures the smooth translation of architectural process designs into functional Warehouse Management Systems.
