- The Director of Organizational Effectiveness and Culture plays a strategic leadership role to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement by shaping the structures, processes, and cultural practices that enable leaders and teams to thrive.
- Build resilient and agile teams that are equipped to meet the demands of our dynamic business.
- Organizational Design & Effectiveness: Evaluate and improve organizational strategy success.
- Lead initiatives to optimize organizational structure, capabilities, roles, and workflows.
- Evaluates the alignment between organizational structure and business strategy, ensuring that the design supports current and future priorities
- Culture Strategy & Activation: Implement strategies to shape and sustain a high-performing, inclusive, and values-driven culture.
- Monitor cultural health through YVC survey results and drive actions to improve data.
- Design and implement strategies to improve employee engagement.
- Leadership & Team Effectiveness: Facilitate interventions that improve trust, communication, and collaboration.
