Responsabilità principali
- Übernahme von Verantwortung für eine evidenzbasierte, beziehungsorientierte psychiatrische Pflege in enger interprofessioneller Zusammenarbeit
- Planung, Umsetzung und Evaluation individueller pflegerischer und soziotherapeutischer Massnahmen
- Mitgestaltung eines recoveryorientierten Behandlungsmilieus sowie Förderung der individuellen Ressourcen und Selbstständigkeit der Patientinnen und Patienten
- Professionelle Gestaltung anspruchsvoller psychiatrischer Behandlungssituationen mit Schwerpunkt auf Prävention und evidenzbasierten Deeskalationsstrategien
- Einbezug, Beratung und Begleitung von Angehörigen und weiteren Bezugspersonen
Requisiti principali
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl.
- Pflegefachfrau oder Dipl.
- Pflegefachmann HF/FH, idealerweise mit Erfahrung oder einer Weiterbildung im Bereich Psychiatrie
- Interesse an einer modernen, evidenzbasierten und recoveryorientierten psychiatrischen Pflege
- Freude an verantwortungsvoller psychiatrischer Pflege sowie an selbstständigem und interprofessionellem Arbeiten
- Beziehungs-, Kommunikations- und Sozialkompetenz
- Teamorientierte, reflektierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Engagement für Qualität und interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit
